5 HAIRSTYLES 5 MINS

We’ve all done it: You overslept and have no time to do your hair (or makeup, but that’s another story). With a few key products, we’ve got 5 hairstyles you can pull together in 5 minutes so you can make that morning meeting and look great.

If you wake up and can’t remember when you last washed your hair, spritz your hair with Essential Treatments Absorb first. This weightless dry shampoo will transform your hair from oily and limp to freshly washed and full of volume.

1. Poppy Delevigne

Poppy’s tousled side-braid is so on-trend and super easy to do.

Run an appropriate amount of Elements Motion through your hair. This light, airy mousse creates a firm hold for your hair. It also acts as a conditioner, so your do retains its style even in the most humid conditions!

Sweep your hair to the side and create a loose brad – allow pieces to fall out along the way for a softer, romantic look. Finish with a quick spray of Elements Afterglow for shine and you’re good to go!

2. Brooklyn Decker

Brooklyn’s choppy bob is adorable to begin with. If you have this short and sweet style, spray your hair with Elements Sandstorm and add a little half-up, half-down, securing with Boppy pins. Sand Storm gives your hair a dry, matte look with natural texture. Adding fullness, it also has a medium hold so your pouf won’t lose height during the day.

Leave a few wisps of hair loose around your face and finish with Elements Granite to keep it all in place minus any tackiness.

3. Doutzen Kroes

Ponytails have moved far beyond the realm of the hairdo we wore through high school. Model, Doutzen Kroes high ponytail has tons of body making this up-do totally sexy.

Apply Elements Sea Swell to your hair, distributing evenly and scrunch gently. Flip your head upside and gather your hair into a high ponytail and secure – don’t worry about it being messy! Loosen hair along your scalp with your fingers slightly and finish with Elements Ocean Mist on your pontytail – our salt-infused spray adds a windswept texture to your hair. Spray, scrunch and sprint out the door!

4. Rachel Bilson

If you have naturally wavy hair, then you’ll have no trouble with this one. Rachel uses her natural curls to add body to her look.

To get the ‘this is what I look like when I wake up’ look that never resembles what we actually wake up looking like, begin by spraying your hair with Elements Amplify. Designed to boost volume and life in your hair, this spray adds body to your hair for weightless fullness.

If you hair is straighter, apply an appropriate amount of Elements Barrel Wave to the bottom half of your hair. Using a special formula to define curls for long-lasting hold, this is your new early morning quickie (nothing cheeky ladies…)

5. Jennifer Lopez

When you need to look in control (or if your hair hasn’t been washed in a while), channel J-Lo takes as she goes high and mighty with a slick high bun.

Elements Grit creates a flexible matt control to your hair to create styles. Distribute evenly through your hair and then brush your hair back up into a slick high ponytail. Create a bun securing with pins and finish with a spray of Elements Afterglow to prevent flyaways and to add an element of shine.
