  I have long hair and lighten. My ends are dry and my scalp is sensitive. I LOVE this product so much I use it all the time. Its very nourishing and won't leave your hair feeling too heavy. It also wont irritate your scalp either and can be massaged in, clip it up while you finish your shower before rinsing out... and if you want to really treat your hair to a deeper more penetrating treatment with Equilibrium, put a good amount on and wrap it up in glad wrap and/or with a hot towel and leave it in for 10 mins. I highly recommend and if you are trying to grow healthy hair this is a must have product.

  This is a nourishing treatment I can use every time I shampoo my hair not too heavy making my feel hair feel shiny healthy
